Unfortunately, I learned this a little too late in life. I spent so many days being angry, looking for someone to blame when things were not going the way I wanted. I was so good at finding the negative in every situation! And believe me, when you look for the bad, you will always find it.

Now, on my desk, I have two Care Bears. One blue, the grumpy one, and one pink, the happy one. They remind me every day that I can choose how I want to look at life. Of course, some days the blue one wins!

And then there is Clara. Boy, that girl can find something good in almost everything! Sometimes it even makes me a little angry (inside angry, of course, ahahah). But she teaches me so much about finding happiness in the little things.

And that's what GOOD MOOD is about. Life will not always go the way we want, but we can still look for the good in it. And sometimes, changing the way we see things changes everything.

Hi, I’m Clara.

I had a stroke inside my mom’s belly, so I can’t speak, read, or write—but I understand three languages and use art to share my feelings with the world.

I started painting when I was 11, just for fun. Then I read a book about Frida Kahlo and everything changed. She became my muse, and I decided to follow her steps. At 12, I had my first art exhibition—and never stopped.
