Some things have a season. These prints and pieces have been part of the collection for a while now, and it's time for them to move on. We're putting them to sleep! A little goodbye. We don't know if they'll come back. Maybe someday. But for now, if something here has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is probably the sign you were waiting for. Last day in the shop - Monday June 22!

This collection started in one of our Saturday morning painting sessions. Clara was painting hearts and mixing them with abstract shapes and colors. After four pieces, we stopped and looked at it. And we said: These are shining light.

LIGHT has everything to do with the moment we are living right now: shining in other people's lives, but also needing light to keep going, to not give up, to hold up in the difficult moments.

Today was a rollercoaster day. It started with Clara going to the gym and having a big meltdown, so she needed light. A lot of people we didn't know (we are in Calgary now) came to comfort her and offer help.

Then we got the email review from Cecilia. She brought home one of Clara's paintings, Happy Flower, and this is what she told us: "It is such a beautiful piece of art that brightens up the house so much. I absolutely love it, and I smile every time I look at it."

That is Clara and us being light in this world.
