YAY, original

20 × 20 inches (50.8 × 50.8 cm): Guys, sometimes life is weird! Yesterday, we had three calls, one after another, and all three brought us such big and good news. Can you imagine? We were celebrating one thing after another, and by the end of the day, we were exhausted. But that happy kind of exhausted, when you look at each other and just say YAY!

And the funny thing is that the next day, you wake up and keep going. More work, more ideas, more dreams to build.

I think this painting has a little bit of all those feelings. Happiness, excitement, a bit of craziness, and lots of gratitude. Because while we are so busy dreaming about what comes next, we sometimes forget to look around and see how much we have already created. And that deserves a big YAY too!

Mixed media on canvas. Serial Number CW1390, 2026. 20 × 20 inches (50.8 × 50.8 cm).

Hi, I’m Clara.

I had a stroke inside my mom’s belly, so I can’t speak, read, or write—but I understand three languages and use art to share my feelings with the world.

I started painting when I was 11, just for fun. Then I read a book about Frida Kahlo and everything changed. She became my muse, and I decided to follow her steps. At 12, I had my first art exhibition—and never stopped.

Since then, I’ve had shows on three continents, became one of the official artists for the 2026 Olympic Games, and was named a Forbes Game Changer. Today, I’m also leading The Inclusion Matters Movement—to make sure everyone feels seen, valued, and loved just as they are.

FAQ

  • I’m Clara Woods—an artist, entrepreneur, and game-changer on a mission to inspire. I was born a a stroke in my mom’s womb, which left me unable to speak, read, or write. But that hasn’t stopped me! I understand three languages and found my voice through art. My bold, colorful paintings reflect my resilience, passion, and determination to share my story with the world.

When I was just 12, I held my first exhibition in Florence, Italy. My mom, Betina, believed in my dream, and together we built Clara Woods Collection, turning my passion for art into a thriving business. I became an entrepreneur, showing that creativity and ambition have no limits—no matter your age or abilities. My mom even sold her own successful company to focus on my career, and our bond is at the heart of everything we’ve achieved.

Today, I’ve hosted over 30 exhibitions across three continents, sold more than 800 original artworks, and built an amazing global community of over 1.5 million followers. I was honored to be named an Internet Gamechanger by Forbes and Facebook for the positive impact I’ve made on inclusion and creativity.

Through my work, I lead The Inclusion Matters Movement, advocating for diversity and showing that being different is a superpower. My story is about resilience, love, and dreaming big. Explore my art and see the world through my eyes—you might just feel inspired!

Through The Inclusion Matters Movement, we’re working to educate people about inclusion, break down stereotypes, and give visibility to talents with disabilities or anyone who’s ever felt unseen or unheard.
