I DID IT!, original

36 × 36 inches (91.44 × 91.44 cm): Three little words that can mean so much. Especially when something was difficult, when nobody believed you could do it, or when you almost gave up.

And Clara is the perfect example of I DID IT!

Lately, she has been using ChatGPT a lot to write messages and express what she wants to say. Because Clara cannot read or write, she uses her photographic memory to put some words together and then works with ChatGPT to create her message. But it's not as easy as it sounds! Sometimes ChatGPT writes something that doesn't sound like her, and boy, she gets frustrated! She wants to say things HER way.

Something that takes us one minute can take her 40 minutes, sometimes even hours. She tries, changes things, gets angry, and tries again. And sometimes, when she finally finishes, she cries. Because it was hard, because it took so much effort, but SHE DID IT!

And I think we all have our own version of this story. Things that might look small to others but are huge for us.

That's what this painting is about. Celebrating those victories that nobody else might understand, remembering how far you've come, and being proud of yourself.

Because sometimes, after all the struggles, the best feeling in the world is being able to say, I DID IT!

Acrylic on canvas. Serial Number CW1396, 2026. 36 × 36 inches (91.44 × 91.44 cm).

Hi, I’m Clara.

I had a stroke inside my mom’s belly, so I can’t speak, read, or write—but I understand three languages and use art to share my feelings with the world.

I started painting when I was 11, just for fun. Then I read a book about Frida Kahlo and everything changed. She became my muse, and I decided to follow her steps. At 12, I had my first art exhibition—and never stopped.

Since then, I’ve had shows on three continents, became one of the official artists for the 2026 Olympic Games, and was named a Forbes Game Changer. Today, I’m also leading The Inclusion Matters Movement—to make sure everyone feels seen, valued, and loved just as they are.

FAQ

  • I’m Clara Woods—an artist, entrepreneur, and game-changer on a mission to inspire. I was born a a stroke in my mom’s womb, which left me unable to speak, read, or write. But that hasn’t stopped me! I understand three languages and found my voice through art. My bold, colorful paintings reflect my resilience, passion, and determination to share my story with the world.

When I was just 12, I held my first exhibition in Florence, Italy. My mom, Betina, believed in my dream, and together we built Clara Woods Collection, turning my passion for art into a thriving business. I became an entrepreneur, showing that creativity and ambition have no limits—no matter your age or abilities. My mom even sold her own successful company to focus on my career, and our bond is at the heart of everything we’ve achieved.

Today, I’ve hosted over 30 exhibitions across three continents, sold more than 800 original artworks, and built an amazing global community of over 1.5 million followers. I was honored to be named an Internet Gamechanger by Forbes and Facebook for the positive impact I’ve made on inclusion and creativity.

Through my work, I lead The Inclusion Matters Movement, advocating for diversity and showing that being different is a superpower. My story is about resilience, love, and dreaming big. Explore my art and see the world through my eyes—you might just feel inspired!

  • The Inclusion Matters Movement is Clara’s mission to promote diversity, inclusion, and acceptance. Through her platform, our goal is to bring visibility to other talents with disabilities or from diverse backgrounds—helping them be seen, grow, and create a brighter future.

Through The Inclusion Matters Movement, we’re working to educate people about inclusion, break down stereotypes, and give visibility to talents with disabilities or anyone who’s ever felt unseen or unheard. My art is a way to share this message and remind everyone that being different is amazing and worth celebrating.
