24 × 24 inches (60.96 × 60.96 cm): Okay, I love this one too! It's messy, cool, happy, and we had so much fun in the studio while Clara was creating it.

We got these new acrylic drip markers, and Clara was having the time of her life! Depending on how hard she squeezed them, paint would go everywhere. And guess who had to clean it all? Me, of course! So while I was cleaning the floor, she was already making another mess. Ahahah!

The paint was much more liquid than what Clara is used to, so it was quite an adventure. But hey, she discovered a new tool, a new technique, and another way to create something beautiful!

And I think that's what BOOM is about. Sometimes we get so used to doing things in one way that we forget there might be a hundred other ways to get where we want to go. To make our dreams happen, to enjoy time with the people we love, and to find beauty even in the middle of a mess.

Hi, I’m Clara.

I had a stroke inside my mom’s belly, so I can’t speak, read, or write—but I understand three languages and use art to share my feelings with the world.

I started painting when I was 11, just for fun. Then I read a book about Frida Kahlo and everything changed. She became my muse, and I decided to follow her steps. At 12, I had my first art exhibition—and never stopped.
