Introducing Clara's captivating artwork, "My Brain," a deeply personal acrylic on canvas masterpiece that offers a profound glimpse into her journey of resilience and self-discovery. Measuring 48x48 inches, this painting is not just a visual joy but a narrative of Clara's experiences.

Inspired by the intricate anatomy of the brain and, in particular, the basal ganglia responsible for regulating emotions and movements, "My Brain" serves as a powerful symbol of Clara's battle with dystonia. Clara's courage in the face of adversity is beautifully translated onto the canvas, inviting viewers into her world of introspection and healing.

At the angles of this artwork are four radiant smile suns, each representing a unique member of Clara's family: Betina, Carlo, Clara and Davi. These suns radiate warmth, love, and support, encapsulating the unwavering bonds that sustain Clara in her journey. Through her art, Clara eloquently communicates that, even in the midst of challenges, the love and unity of her family remain a constant source of strength and joy.

As you gaze upon "My Brain," you'll be captivated by the intricate details and vibrant colors that bring the brain's complexity to life. The interplay of light and shadow within the basal ganglia symbolizes the rollercoaster of emotions and the unpredictability that accompanies life's trials.

Clara's painting serves as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. It's an invitation to ponder the beauty that can emerge from adversity and a reminder that even in the most intricate and delicate parts of our existence, there is strength and hope.

Whether you're drawn to the artistry, the symbolism, or the compelling narrative behind "My Brain," this piece is a profound addition to any art collection. Clara's work not only invites you to explore the depths of the human experience but also celebrates the power of love and family in overcoming life's challenges.

SPOTTED IN

Hi, I’m Clara.

I had a stroke inside my mom’s belly, so I can’t speak, read, or write—but I understand three languages and use art to share my feelings with the world.

I started painting when I was 11, just for fun. Then I read a book about Frida Kahlo and everything changed. She became my muse, and I decided to follow her steps. At 12, I had my first art exhibition—and never stopped.

Since then, I’ve had shows on three continents, became one of the official artists for the 2026 Olympic Games, and was named a Forbes Game Changer. Today, I’m also leading The Inclusion Matters Movement—to make sure everyone feels seen, valued, and loved just as they are.

  • I’m Clara Woods—an artist, entrepreneur, and game-changer on a mission to inspire. I was born a a stroke in my mom’s womb, which left me unable to speak, read, or write. But that hasn’t stopped me! I understand three languages and found my voice through art. My bold, colorful paintings reflect my resilience, passion, and determination to share my story with the world.

When I was just 12, I held my first exhibition in Florence, Italy. My mom, Betina, believed in my dream, and together we built Clara Woods Collection, turning my passion for art into a thriving business. I became an entrepreneur, showing that creativity and ambition have no limits—no matter your age or abilities. My mom even sold her own successful company to focus on my career, and our bond is at the heart of everything we’ve achieved.

Today, I’ve hosted over 30 exhibitions across three continents, sold more than 800 original artworks, and built an amazing global community of over 1.5 million followers. I was honored to be named an Internet Gamechanger by Forbes and Facebook for the positive impact I’ve made on inclusion and creativity.

Through my work, I lead The Inclusion Matters Movement, advocating for diversity and showing that being different is a superpower. My story is about resilience, love, and dreaming big. Explore my art and see the world through my eyes—you might just feel inspired!
