90% Magic, Original
Original artwork, 145x145 cm (57x57 inches), made on recycled material using a unique raw technique developed by Clara and her dad, Carlo.
“90% Magic” is inspired by the incredible story of Joshua Stevens, an ultra-race runner who, like Clara, didn’t let a diagnosis define his future. After being told he would never run again due to cervical surgery, Joshua defied the odds and became a professional ultra-runner. This painting reflects the power of believing in yourself and the magic of turning obstacles into opportunities.
Clara was also inspired by her dad, who often runs by her side, sharing his life mantra: “90% of things is how you react, and 10% is what really happens to you.” This piece celebrates resilience, hope, and the spirit of never giving up.
Made of a special recycled material, this artwork showcases Clara’s love for creativity without limits. This flexible, rollable support allows for easy travel and installation, connecting with her essence of being different and true to herself.

Do you want to know the story behind the material:
We are worried for the planet and were concerned about bringing all the paintings to Miami and how we could decrease the environmental impact.
Clara's paintings are huge, creating a massive "waste" in packaging and shipping. Carlo found a suitable material (non-woven fabric) for the support that is rollable.
We shared with Clara this new material solution, and she loved it. Listen to what she said:
"This new material my dad found is lovely to create because I can have much more freedom than the framed canvas, where I'm limited to the canvas's size and structure.
Using a raw material is much more connected with my creativity and will to express myself than the framed canvas.
My collectors will have a blast hanging my raw version creating a versatile environment that expresses my essence: be different, be yourself."
All the artworks are shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

SPOTTED IN
Hi, I’m Clara.
Sometimes people tell me I shouldn’t dream so big. That because I can’t speak, read, or write, I should “stay quiet.” But I don’t want to stay quiet. I want to paint louder.
I had a stroke while I was still in my mom’s womb. The doctors told her my life would be a nightmare. But here I am — building my future.
Even though I can’t speak, read, or write, I understand three languages — English, Portuguese, and Italian. I guess my brain found its own way to communicate, just not the one doctors expected.
I’m writing this with the help of my mom (my business partner, my best friend, and my biggest cheerleader) and ChatGPT — and reading it with my text-to-speech app.
Painting became my language. It’s how I share everything I can’t say with words — my love, my anger, my hope, and my joy. Because even if my voice sounds different, I want you to hear me.
