Instead of getting up right away, she just lay there on the floor and cried. She told me, \"Sometimes I'm just tired of fighting all the things I need to fight every day.\" Then she started laughing, got herself up, and kept going. That's La Bella Vita right there. It is about choosing joy even when you're exhausted. It's falling down and crying and then laughing at yourself and getting back up anyway.
